About this role

Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer/Software Engineering or related fields Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and end-user environments. - Implement system configurations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities. - Support operation and maintenance of VDRs, auction portals, and internal digital platforms. - Monitor system performance, backups, and security logs, and report issues to senior IT staff. - Assist in implementation of workflow automation, digitization initiatives, and IT projects. - Provide second-level technical support and coordinate with vendors when required. - Assist in implementation of cybersecurity controls, access management, audits, and data protection measures. - Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
