About this role

Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters in Mass Communication/Journalism or related fields Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Implement the approved Strategic Communication Framework and investor outreach plans under the guidance of senior management. - Develop communication strategies, narratives, and branding initiatives highlighting the value proposition of state-owned enterprises. - Design and manage advocacy, awareness, and policy-support campaigns in line with privatization priorities. - Manage stakeholder consultations with ministries, regulators, private sector entities, and development partners. - Represent the Commission in media engagements, conferences, and forums as delegated. - Build and maintain working relationships with domestic and international media outlets. - Oversee preparation and dissemination of press releases, media briefs, interviews, and public statements. - Monitor media coverage and public sentiment and provide analytical inputs for reputation and crisis management. - Supervise preparation of communication materials, including sector briefs, digital campaigns, and success stories. - Support international investor outreach activities, roadshows, and promotional events. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
