Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Bachelors in Finance/Economics/Business/Engineering/Public Policy/Energy or ACCA/ACMA Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Manage end-to-end privatization transactions following approval by the competent authority, ensuring timely and compliant execution. - Collect, analyze, and assess data on assigned entities/assets, including ownership, financials, liabilities, legal status, and operations. - Conduct preliminary due diligence and prepare reports in line with approved templates and procedures. - Develop and recommend transaction execution strategies, including in-house execution or engagement of Financial Advisors/consultants. - Evaluate and propose optimal transaction structures; review and advise on structures proposed by appointed Financial Advisors. - Formulate and implement strategic transaction plans with defined stages, activities, and timelines. - Prepare and coordinate key transaction documents (Information Memorandums, bidding documents, SPAs, JVAs, and related agreements). - Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for the Privatization Commission, CCoP, and other relevant forums. - Review Financial Advisor deliverables, monitor milestones, and recommend validation and payments. - Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
