Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters/PhD in Business or media-related fields with BS in Mass Communication/Journalism or related fields Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Develop, approve, and oversee implementation of the Commission’s Strategic Communication Framework aligned with privatization objectives and investor outreach priorities. - Provide strategic leadership on institutional messaging, branding, advocacy, and reputation management at national and international levels. - Advise the chairman and senior management on media strategy, public positioning, crisis communication, and stakeholder perception risks. - Serve as the principal spokesperson of the Commission for high-level media engagements, national and international forums, and investor platforms. - Lead stakeholder engagement with ministries, regulators, private sector leadership, development partners, and international investors. - Oversee development and clearance of key communication products, including investment prospectuses, sector briefs, flagship publications, and major campaigns. - Lead international investor promotion and outreach activities in coordination with embassies, trade missions, and international financial institutions. - Monitor media trends, public sentiment, and reputational risks, and direct institutional response strategies. - Provide overall supervision, guidance, and performance oversight of Media & Communications staff. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
