Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters/PhD in Business or IT-related fields with BS in information technology/computer science/computer/software engineering Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Design and implement the Commission’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with privatization objectives. - Integrate legal, financial, and technical systems to enable seamless, end-to-end digital privatization processes. - Oversee hybrid IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments, to ensure secure and reliable operation of Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), auction platforms, and enterprise systems. - Establish and manage a robust cybersecurity framework in compliance with national standards and international best practices. - Standardize workflows and deploy automation, project management, and performance monitoring tools to enhance organizational efficiency. - Lead organization-wide digitization of data and processes across the privatization value chain to enable paperless operations, real-time oversight, and transparency. - Drive IT modernization through adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, supported by continuous capacity building. - Provide strategic leadership to internal technical teams and external consultants, and advise the Chairman on technology governance, performance, and risk management. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
