Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters/PhD in Finance/Economics/Business/Engineering/Public Policy/Real Estate or Member of ICAP/ICMAP/CIMA Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Manage the full privatization lifecycle of assigned financial and real estate sector entities, from asset onboarding and valuation through transaction closure, in accordance with Cabinet-approved policies, procedures, and timelines. - Oversee comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, operational, and technical), coordinating inputs from advisors and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information disclosed to investors. - Supervise and evaluate the performance of transaction advisors, legal counsel, valuers, and technical consultants to ensure quality, accountability, and compliance with Commission standards. - Lead transaction structuring, prepare term sheets, and engage with local and international investors to assess market appetite and optimize transaction design. - Draft, review, and finalize transaction documentation, including EOIs, RFPs, bidding documents, financial models, and Cabinet summaries, ensuring analytical rigor and procedural compliance. - Liaise with line ministries, regulators, SOEs, and oversight bodies to obtain approvals, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain institutional alignment throughout the transaction process. - Monitor transaction progress through dashboards and reporting tools, providing timely updates to the Chairman, Board, and other relevant forums. - Provide strategic transaction-related analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement in privatization execution. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
