Qualification - Fresh Graduates with 16 Years of education B.A (English), BS Computer Science/IT, BBA, Mass Communication, Development Studies related discipline from HEC recognized institution. Quota- All Pakistan, Preference will be given to the candidates having the residence of Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Location of Job - Islamabad Other Details - 1. To handle and operate Pakistan Railways Call Center CRM. 2. To Develop and present the daily report through CRM 3. To Handle and Address Customers Information Queries Related with Train Operations. 4. Provide support for official events, meetings, and conferences 5. Enhance office operations through process improvement and innovation 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives 7. Any other tasks given by Competent Authority.
