Company Description The National Incubation Center (NIC) Lahore is a leading initiative supported by the Ignite National Technology Fund and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT). Operated by a consortium led by Netsol Technologies, the center is supported by notable partners, including HBL, PlugNPlay Tech Center, and Beaconhouse National University. Each year, NIC Lahore incubates 50 startups and accelerates 10 startups, providing funding of PKR 5 million per accelerated startup through the Ignite National Technology Fund. The center also emphasizes fostering women’s entrepreneurship, ensuring that at least 25% of inducted startups are women-led. Partnering with the international PlugNPlay Tech Center offers startups global exposure and participation in worldwide accelerator programs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore for an Assistant IT Manager at NIC Lahore. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role includes managing IT projects, implementing technological upgrades, supporting the IT team in providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in IT systems management, network administration, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues Experience with IT project management and implementing technological upgrades Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support other departments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
