About this role
Play a key role in the implementation of Digital ID/National Data Exchange Layer. Developing and documenting policies, and procedures of Digital ID/National Data Exchange Layer for internal use and for consumption of external parties. Liaising and coordinating with internal/external teams assigned to development and deployment of Digital ID/National Data Exchange Layer. Responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, as well as coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensuring project documentation including presentations, project reports, briefs and project correspondence on weekly and monthly basis. Organizing and maintaining internal and external meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions with relevant teams and stakeholders. Provide input in preparation of Project Operational Manual (POM). Strong understanding of Digital Public Infrastructure systems. Knowledge of Public sector regulations, industry standards and Digital Transformation initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira etc.) and techniques. Good understanding of project management methodologies and concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
