About this role
Conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis to identify knowledge gaps and specific training requirements for different stakeholder groups (e.g., government officials, system administrators, developers, helpdesk support, end-users). · Develop a comprehensive Training Strategy and Plan outlining learning objectives, curricula for different audiences, delivery methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning), and a rollout schedule. · Define success metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of the training programs. · Design and develop a structured curriculum for each identified user persona. · Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and FAQ documents. · Ensure all training content is accurate, aligns with technical specifications, and is consistent with the overall project messaging developed by the Content Writer. · Demonstrable experience in developing full training lifecycles (needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation) for complex IT systems. · Proven experience in creating training materials for digital identity, data exchange platforms, API integration, or other complex IT infrastructure projects. · Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
