About this role
Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, business users, and technical teams, to gather and validate requirements. • Analyze and document current processes (As-Is) and design optimized future processes (To-Be). • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across existing manual workflows. • Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS). • Create user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams aligned with project objectives. • Support technical architecture discussions to ensure feasibility and performance alignment. • Perform data analysis to support design decisions and prioritization of system features. • Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate systems with NDEL and Digital ID frameworks. • Validate interoperability, data formats, and API contracts across services. • Prepare technical documents, reports, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. • Contribute to knowledge base creation, version control, and repository documentation. • Support preparation of training materials, SOPs, and user guides for system adoption. • Participate in system testing, including functional, integration, and UAT phases. • Ensure all features meet defined business and technical requirements. • Document test results, identify issues, and assist in defect resolution. • Monitor performance of deployed systems and gather user feedback. • Recommend improvements for system performance, usability, and compliance. • Support training sessions and user enablement initiatives. • Excellent communication and documentation capabilities. • Ability to coordinate between business, technical, and policy stakeholders. • Proficiency in preparing structured technical reports and presentations.
