About this role
Experience- - Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or project support role idealy in a government, public sector, or large organizational setting. - Familiarity with project management and task tracking tools. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new digital tools. Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Details- - Support the maintenance of the Minister’s project-management platform (including Click Up) by entering tasks, updating timelines, and assisting in tracking project progress. - Assist the Director to the Minister with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing draft agendas, arranging travel and logistics, and compiling background materials. - Update and compile project dashboards, progress reports, and status summaries for review by the Minister and senior leadership. - Help prepare meeting notes, briefing materials, and talking points under the guidance of the Director. - Record and track follow up actions from meetings, ensuring timely updates are shared with relevant stakeholders. - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project and administrative records to ensure easy access and accuracy. - Liaise with internal departments and external partners (ministries, regulators, investors, and international counterparts) to share information and follow up on administrative requests. - Provide general office support, including handling correspondence, maintaining contact lists, assisting in event arrangements, and responding to routine inquiries.
