About this role

Experience- - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT system administration, network management, or infrastructure support. - Proficiency in server management, virtualization, and cloud environments. - Hands on experience with cybersecurity tools, data backup systems, and enterprise hardware management. - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. - At least 5 years of experience with process automation tools or enterprise digital platforms will be an asset. Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, with additional certification in an IT-related field will be preferred Details- - Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable operations. - Manage hardware and software assets, including installation, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance. - Monitor system performance, backups, and security logs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. - Support implementation of digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, and data digitization. - Assist in maintaining Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), auction portals, and other digital platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed. - Implement cybersecurity measures and support audits, access controls, and data protection protocols. - Prepare system performance reports and provide technical input to support decision-making. - Facilitate user training to improve digital adoption and operational efficiency.
