About this role
Experience- - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, or financial and business analysis. - Proven experience in developing and implementing policy or strategic frameworks related to privatization, transactions, or investment projects. - Demonstrated ability to research and analyze transaction pipelines, potential privatization sectors, global economic trends, cross-country comparative models, and international investment and reform practices. - At least 3 years of experience in preparing research briefs, position papers, or policy notes for senior leadership and decision-making forums. - The duration of articleship or equivalent professional training will be considered as part of required relevant experience. Education- ACMA, ACCA, OR Master/MPhil/MS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field Details- - Conduct research on global privatization trends, sectoral reforms, and institutional frameworks in comparable economies. - Analyze international case studies to identify best practices relevant to Pakistan’s privatization and governance landscape. - Develop policy briefs, thematic papers, and analytical reports on global developments in public asset management and private sector participation. - Maintain a database of international policies, regulatory innovations, and performance benchmarks for continuous learning and reference. - Liaise with international financial institutions (IFIs), think tanks, and development partners to gather insights and align policy direction with global standards. - Support the drafting of policy proposals and reform frameworks by providing data-driven and globally informed recommendations. - Assist in organizing knowledge-sharing events, expert dialogues, and international workshops to build institutional understanding of global reform experiences. - Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing notes for leadership on global policy trends and comparative analyses. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the Advisor (Strategy and policy) or senior management related to research and analytical support.
