About this role
Experience - - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, valuation, restructuring or financial business analysis. - Proven experience in developing and implementing policy or strategic frameworks related to transactions, privatization, or investment projects. - Demonstrated ability to manage a transaction pipeline, including coordination with stakeholders, advisors and regulators. - The duration of articleship or equivalent professional training will be considered as part of the required relevant experience Education- Master/MPhil in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, with specialization in business/investment OR CPA/CA/CIMA. Details- - Conduct analytical assessments of public sector entities to identify and prioritize them for privatization. - Support the development and continuous updating of the privatization transaction pipeline. - Develop frameworks and methodologies for evaluating institutional, legal, and financial readiness of entities for privatization. - Prepare analytical reports, concept notes, and policy briefs to inform pipeline strategy and sectoral focus areas. - Review and analyze policy documents, economic indicators, and market data to support strategic decision-making. - Coordinate with transaction teams, ministries, and regulatory bodies to gather data and ensure alignment on pipeline planning. - Track the progress of transactions and provide analytical inputs to inform high-level reporting and policy adjustments. - Support preparation of presentations, reports, and summaries for the Chairman, Board, and Cabinet Committees. - Contribute to policy development by integrating transaction data, institutional learnings, and sectoral insights. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the Advisor (Strategy and policy) or senior management related to pipeline management and policy analysis.
