About this role
Experience- - Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience in information technology management, digital transformation, enterprise systems, and organizational digitization within leading public or private sector organizations. - Expertise in technology architecture, process automation, cybersecurity, and data management. - Proven record of implementing digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery. - Experience in public-sector digitalization or e-governance initiatives will be an advantage. - Prior senior leadership experience in IT or technology management roles in the commercial or public sector. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Public Policy, Economics OR Master’s in computer science, IT or Business Administration Details- - Design and implement the Commission’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with privatization objectives. - Integrate legal, financial, and technical systems to enable seamless, endto-end digital privatization processes. - Oversee hybrid IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud environments, VPNs, firewalls, and secure VLANs, ensuring operational reliability of Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), auction portals, and enterprise platforms. - Lead development of a robust cybersecurity architecture, ensuring compliance with national standards and international best practices. -Standardize workflows and deploy automation, project management, and performance tracking tools to enhance efficiency. - Direct organization-wide data digitization across the privatization value chain, enabling paperless operations, real-time monitoring, and transparent decision-making. - Drive IT modernization through the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and continuous capacity-building programs. - Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional technical teams and external consultants, ensuring coordination with Directorate heads on institutional digitization initiatives. - Advise and report directly to the Chairman on technology governance, performance, and risk management.
