About this role
Experience - -Minimum 18 years of cumulative relevant professional experience in capital markets, investment banking, or brokerage firms, with a strong focus on deal structuring and transaction execution. - Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transactions in the public or private sector, demonstrating financial acumen and coordination across diverse stakeholders. - Minimum 5 years of leadership experience transaction in an equivalent senior role within a reputable organization will be preferred -The duration of articleship or equivalent professional training will be considered as part of required relevant experience. Education- Fellow member of ICAP/ICMAP/CIMA, or MPhil/PhD in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Investment Banking, or Mergers and Acquisitions. Details- - Drive the entire privatization lifecycle for assigned entities from asset onboarding to transaction close, ensuring each stage aligns with Cabinetapproved processes, policies, and timelines. - Oversee comprehensive due diligence (legal, financial, operational, and technical), coordinating inputs from multiple advisors and ensuring the integrity and completeness of information shared with investors. - Supervise and evaluate the work of transaction advisors, legal counsel, technical consultants, and valuers to maintain quality, accountability, and adherence to Commission standards. - Lead transaction structuring activities, develop term sheets, and engage proactively with local and international investors to gauge market interest and tailor offerings. - Draft and review all transaction-related documents, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bidding packages, and Cabinet summaries, ensuring analytical rigor and procedural compliance. - Liaise directly with line ministries, regulators, SOEs, and oversight bodies to secure clearances, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain institutional alignment throughout the transaction process. - Maintain dashboards, progress trackers, and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility on the transaction pipeline and furnish regular updates to the Chairman, Board, and other high-level forums Location- Islamabad
