Experience- -Minimum 20 years of cumulative relevant professional experience in media management, corporate communications, public relations, and strategic outreach, preferably within leading organizations in the public or private sector. -Proven track record as an institutional spokesperson, managing high-level communication, media engagement, and stakeholder messaging for public or corporate entities. - Demonstrated record as official spokesperson and in handling high-level communication for public or private institutions. - Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the commercial or public sector. Education- MBA/MPhil/MS in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. Details- - Develop and implement a Strategic Communication Framework aligned with privatization objectives and investor outreach plans. - Craft compelling narratives and branding strategies that highlight the value proposition of state-owned enterprises and attract investor interest. - Design and execute advocacy campaigns to support policy reforms and investor-friendly legislation. - Establish and manage stakeholder consultation processes with ministries, regulators, private sector representatives, and development partners. - Serve as the principal spokesperson for the Commission, representing it in media, conferences, and high-level forums. - Build and sustain strong relationships with domestic and international media outlets to ensure effective and consistent messaging. - Oversee media briefings, press releases, interviews, and public statements, ensuring strategic alignment with institutional priorities. - Monitor public sentiment, media coverage, and digital trends to guide perception management and crisis communication strategies. - Supervise the creation of content such as investment prospectuses, sector briefs, digital campaigns, and success stories to showcase privatization progress. - Lead international outreach and investor promotion activities, including participation in global investment summits, expos, and roadshows. - Coordinate with embassies, trade missions, and international financial institutions (IFIs) to expand global visibility and engagement.
