Overall two (02) years of post-qualification relevant experience in well-reputed organization Qualification: Bachelors of Law (LL.B Hons.) Quota: All Pakistan Location of Job: Anywhere in Pakistan Other Details: 1. Preparation of well-reasoned legal opinions and memoranda on complex issues referred by the Legal Consultant. 2. Assist in matters pertaining to service laws, administrative law, and constitutional questions affecting the Ministry. 3. Undertake meticulous case management, including drafting, vetting, and reviewing pleadings, and assisting in the conduct of litigation. 4. Manage and oversee e-office filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedural requirements. 5. Support legal consultant in providing legal input on policy, regulatory, and governance issues concerning Pakistan Railways. 6. Perform any other allied functions as may be assigned by the Legal Consultant or the Ministry in furtherance of institutional objectives. 7. Any other tasks given by Competent Authority.
