Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 3x Years in relevant capacity building field. • Preferably 3+ years of hands-on experience with IT Security technologies including NIDS, HIDS, SIEM, Data centers, network security, application security, etc. • At least one current IT Security certification in administration, management, Cyber Security, Information Security or telecom such as PMP, CISM, etc is a plus. • A passion for mentoring as well as keenness to engage with IT security community through activities like meetups /events, conferences, etc. • Familiar with statutes, regulations and current cyber law with respect to establishing and maintaining a Cyber security program. • Excellent written, communication, negotiation and relationship building, skills and the ability to interact with and manage diverse stakeholders are mandatory. • Candidates having a dynamic personality with academic background & administrative capabilities and experience would be considered as additional advantage. • Responsible to administer and supervise all activities related to coordination and capacity building. • Undertake necessary measures for capacity building of National CERT and provide similar guidelines to government and sectoral CERTs as and when required. • Ensure proper documentation of all training and capacity building session, keep track of the attendance sheets, training reports, training tracker and fill in the training database for trainings. • Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, working with the Service Innovation to deliver improvements. • Exercise all administrative and financial powers, within the framework approved by the Executive Body for coordination and capacity building of National CERT. • Promote awareness of cyber policy and strategy as appropriate among management and ensure sound principles are reflected in the organization's mission, vision, and goals. • Develops annual goals for program improvement; revise and update program curriculum using performance based open entry/open exit individualized curriculum materials, as needed. • Organizes program of practical and technical instruction, including demonstrations of skills required in computer programming, and lectures on theory, techniques, and terminology; prepares outline of instructional programs and studies and assembles materials to be presented; reviews with supervisor, as needed. • Instructs students in subject areas, i.e., use, maintenance, and the safe operation of tools and equipment, codes or regulations related to Cyber Security. • Instructs candidates in the importance of accuracy, neatness, efficiency, resourcefulness and good work habits in obtaining employment in the Cyber Security Field. Qualification: Minimum 16x years having major in Cyber Security / Network Security / Information Security /Computer Science /Computer Engineering /Electrical Engg/telecom Engineering / Information Assurance or relevant field. PMP and relevant certifications will be a plus. Quota: Merit - Salary: 157,500/- (lump sum salary package) - Age relaxation has already been added.
