About this role
- Assist DG in organization, functioning and administration of Authority. - Establishment and administrative matters. - Responsible for procurement, logistics, and any other administrative task. - Prepare reports on daily utilities, inventories, office expenditures and establish a database of expenses. - Keep track of utilities and manage existing resources on day-to-day activities. - Dealing with vendors, maintenance, repair or replacing damaged office equipment. - Manage and oversee administrative staff. - Human Resource management to include following aspects:- - Hiring and dehiring of manpower. - Recruitment of staff. - Any other task assigned by DG Coordination, HR & Finance. - Master’s degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, in the fields of Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Public Administration; - An experienced professional, not having less than ten years of experience in his field. - Open Merit - Job Location: Anywhere in Pakistan - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added.
