Field Officer @ National Education Foundation (NEF)

- 1X Field Officer , Muzaffarabad, Hattian Bala , Jhelum Valley, 1x Bagh and some areas of Muzaffarabad - 02 years’ experience in relevant field - Master Degree in Education, Business Administration/Sociology from HEC recognized University. Candidate having experience in NGO’s Education Sector will be preferred. Having own motor bike. - Carrying out the weekly monitoring of the schools located in Muzaffarabad and Jhelum valley District, monitoring of schools of Bagh and some schools of Muzaffarabad. - Submission of weekly report to AD (F&P). - Conducting Community meetings. - Addressing the petty issues of the schools. - Engaging Community influential for the better of schools. - Conducted biannual meeting of CEC’s. - Assisting hiring/replacement of teachers. - Compiling annual result. - Ensure date update on NFEMIS - Distributing text books. - Coordination with head office - Any other task assign by the top management.
