About this role
- At least 8 years of experience in event organizing/trainings health related field. - Develop and implement diabetes related training program aligned with the project's goals and objectives. Assess training needs for various cadre of staff and provide recommendations for new training courses or updates the existing ones. - Organize training schedules, ensuring training for all relevant staff through various mediums. Monitor and evaluate the training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews. - Develop reports and continuously improve training curriculum - Provide coaching and mentoring to staff as part of their professional development. Maintain records of training sessions. - Master in Public Health with 8 years’ experience in event organizing/trainings health related - Merit Location of Job: Islamabad - Age relaxation has already been added.
