About this role
- At least 10 years of post-qualification verifiable experience in Project Management. Knowledge of Public Sector rules and regulations would be added advantage. Experience in health-related projects will be given preference. - To lead planning, budgeting (managing specific accounting functions), financial analysis and activities including preparation, analysis, performance evaluation of project and reporting progress. - Provide inputs and guidance to the assigned staff and facilitate them in implementation of project activities. Provide considerable input in the development and implementation of strategic goals and objectives. Ensuring the development and implementation of operational plans, technical functions and appraisal of staff performance; analyzing various results and submit findings/recommendations to the Ministry and stakeholders. - Identifying operational problems and developing solutions - Analyze, implement and periodically update financial processes, determine priorities in allocation of resources/ funds; - Review all monthly and annual financial reports for compliance and accuracy including the organization Annual Financial Report. - MBBS/Master’s in Public Health with 10 years post qualification experience in Project Management.
