About this role
Description Act as the main liaison for product-related queries, decisions, and clarification of feature requirements within assigned delivery streams. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into clearly defined product features, functionality, and user stories. Support the Scrum Master in tracking deliverables and aligning team capacity with sprint objectives and timelines. Manage and maintain the product backlog by continuously refining priorities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams. Understand the interdependencies among related products and modules, ensuring alignment of integration requirements in planned releases. Translate business requirements and documentation into actionable tasks and user stories for the development team. Participate in the review of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents prepared by Business Analysts and assess business impact for changes. Identify and communicate technical constraints or challenges stemming from user requirements to relevant stakeholders. Work with the development team to sequence backlog items based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business priority. Actively participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives to provide clarity on requirements and ensure proper execution. Continuously gather and synthesize user and stakeholder feedback to improve product usability and functionality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and engineers to ensure delivery of quality features aligned with user expectations. Deliver regular updates and product walkthroughs to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of progress and enabling timely feedback. Help maintain alignment between product delivery and organizational goals by coordinating with other Solution Owners and Project/Program Managers as needed. Requirements 8–9 years of relevant experience in software product ownership, solution delivery, or related roles. Hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments with a strong understanding of backlog management and iterative product development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong technical understanding of modern software development practices, including familiarity with microservices architecture, .NET, React, and database concepts. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or other product management/tracking platforms. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language. Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority. Analytical mindset with attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
