About this role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee full cycle recruiting and drive attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our corporate staffing needs. This position will champion Domino's brand, mission, and values and help lead the evolution of the Domino’s recruiting function.

Acting as a bridge between corporate and field recruiting teams, this leader ensures that tools, standards, and processes are delivered with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process. This Manager will play a critical role in shaping how the team partners with the business to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Main responsibilities

(80%) Lead Full Cycle Recruiting Efforts

Implement and guide thoughtful and practical sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for critical rolesManage the full cycle recruiting process for all open rolesCreate and implement best-in-class executive-level search services, ensure delivery deadlines are met, cost/benefit is considered, issues are addressed and resolved, and key stakeholders are involved and informedServe as a consultant to corporate hiring teams to enable hiring manager excellence, develop and deliver training programs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices in selection and assessmentManage Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) and ensure team is using system to it’s full capabilityDrive process optimization by refining recruitment workflows and implementing tools and technology that support strategic sourcing effortsNetwork with the appropriate talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alum associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidates and stay in tune with industry trendsEnsure that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and national employment lawsLeverage TA and HR COE teams to support Talent Acquisition strategy executionAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and support data-driven decision makingFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement(10%) Oversight of Vendor Management and Contractor Hiring

Oversight of current approved vendors for corporate staffing needsIn partnership with Director and Procurement, monitor vendor performance and maintain preferred vendor list with up-to-date contractsPartner with IT business to focus on cost, quality, efficiency and governance of vendors (10%) Special Projects

Participate in special projects as needed (i.e., EVP, HR Tech enhancements, HR Transformation) 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experienceAt least 2 years in a leadership or managerial roleAbility to lead, coach, and influence across a spectrum of stakeholdersConsultative client-service mindset Operates at both strategic and tactical levelsGlobal and Technology recruitment experience preferredProblem-solving and continuous improvement focus This is an onsite position in Domino's Ann Arbor World Resource Center.

The base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 based on skills and experience level.
