Description Design and develop ODI mappings, packages, and load plans for seamless data integration. Manage and optimize ETL/ELT workflows in an Oracle 19c environment, ensuring high performance. Implement data quality, error handling, and auditing mechanisms to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with data warehouse stakeholders to define requirements and troubleshoot issues. Tune performance using available tools (e.g., OEM, AWR/ASH) for advanced workload analysis. Automate scheduling, monitoring, and alerting of data flows; handle on-call escalations if required. Document technical processes, maintain best practices, and ensure version control for ODI objects. Mentor junior ODI developers, sharing knowledge on advanced features and driving improvements. Coordinate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning and resource optimization. Stay current with evolving ODI functionalities and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Oracle Data Integration, focusing on ODI (11g/12c) in production environments. Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c database concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL. Proven expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting large-scale data integration. Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate or Data Pump for replication is advantageous. Understanding of data warehouse architectures and dimensional modeling best practices. Ability to script in Shell/PL/SQL for automation; exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
