About this role
1. Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they are viable and sustainable. 2. Oversee development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. 3. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget. 4. Oversee the coordination of project activities and manage project staff and consultants as required. 5. Ensure the technical integrity and security of the digital ID system and NDEL. 6. Supervise the implementation of technical standards, protocols, and interoperability frameworks. 7. Collaboration with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. 8. Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations, to ensure alignment with project objectives. 9. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to promote data sharing and integration. 10. Represent the project in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required. 11. Ensure the project adheres to national and international standards, policies, and regulations related to digital identity and data exchange. 12. Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain data quality, privacy, and security. 13. Identify training needs and develop capacity-building programs for project staff and stakeholders. 14. Act as a champion for digital transformation, fostering a culture of agility and collaboration.
