About this role
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics or Computer Science from HEC recognized national/foreign university. (i)Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, R, Excel (especially VBA/Macros), Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of JavaScript and React JS will be a plus. (ii)Knowledge of statistical methods and econometrics, particularly in the field of trade policy and customs tariffs. (iii)Working experience of working with large datasets, conducting data cleaning, and performing complex data analysis must be submitted with the application. (iv)Applicants having Azure Data Scientist Associate or AWS Certified Machine Learning certifications will be given preference. 1. Positions are based in Islamabad and are on a contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years and extendable for further two (02) years, subject to performance evaluation. The selected candidate will be offered lump sum salary. The salaries of the selected candidates will be revised annually with a 10% to 15% increase in salary package, depending on satisfactory performance. ii.
