First Class Master’s Degree in Economics/Public Policy from HEC recognized national/foreign institution with minimum five years post-degree professional experience. or PhD in Economics from HEC recognized national/foreign university with minimum two years of post-degree professional experience. (i)The Applicant must have understanding of customs tariffs, tariff classification, trade policy and input-output tables. (ii)A proven track record of published research papers in peer-reviewed research journals and recognized research organizations (at least 5), preferably in the field of international trade. 1. Positions are based in Islamabad and are on a contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years and extendable for further two (02) years, subject to performance evaluation. The selected candidate will be offered lump sum salary. The salaries of the selected candidates will be revised annually with a 10% to 15% increase in salary package, depending on satisfactory performance. ii.
