Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Minimum of 5 years experience in Public and Private Sector related to Procurement. Experience with PSDP/ADP projects will be preferred. Job Specification: ------------------- ◠Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors. ◠Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek out new potential partners. ◠Collaborate with the management to develop procurement plans, taking into account budget constraints and project requirements. ◠Participate in the evaluation of bids, proposals, and quotations to determine the best value for the organization. ◠Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous agreements. ◠Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and quality standards. ◠Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms. ◠Work to optimize costs while maintaining the quality of goods and services procured. ◠Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information. ◠Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance for management review. ◠Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure timely availability of required items. ◠Assess vendor capabilities and qualifications to ensure they meet the organization's standards and requirements. ◠Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements. ◠Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and contribute to their improvement. Qualification: --------------- - Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field from an accredited local or foreign University recognized by HEC.
