About this role
Responsible for: ------------------ a. Performing all kinds of duties / assignments as prescribed by SMO and described in hospital SOPs, including maintenance of minimum medicine list. b. The cleanliness of Hospital, through ward boys and sanitary workers. c. The maintenance of all machinery and equipment including the linen and other objects of the hospital. d. The maintaining and updating Hospital Pharmacy and its documentation as per best practices. e. Dispensing medicine to the admitted and OPD patients and adherence of all medical care protocols as prescribed by the SMO and described in Hospital SOPs. f. Performing and maintaining minor OT as prescribed by SMO and described in hospital SOPs, including maintenance of minimum medicine list. Perform: --------- g. Regular medical checkup of cadets including examining for height, weight, obvious skin lesions, and report to SMO. h. Regular medical checkup of Mess employees including examining for height, weight, obvious skin lesions, and report to SMO. i. Health and hygiene checks of both mess and cafeteria as per scheduled. j. Data collection and analysis, as and when required. - Facilitate OPD patients, check and record vitals on prescription slip - Maintain daily OPD record. - Conduct sugar tests when required. Supervise: ----------- k. Provision of food from Mess. l. Pick and drop of Cadets from Hospital to various health care specialists, X-RAY LAB Test. Assist in: ---------- m. OAS reporting. n. Helping patients, care and providing feedback to the administration. o. Local purchase of medicine. p. SMO in any other requirement. - Civilians with min three years practical experience of nursing / Paramedic or ex-Armed Forces Nursing / Paramedic staff of the rank of Naib Subedar / Havildar or equivalent will be given preference. - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added in maximum age limit.
