Minimum Qualification/Expereince: ---------------------------------------- - FA/FSc with 3 years of relevant experience. - Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of relevant post. - In-depth understanding of Clerical work, reporting principles and exellent organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit. - Initially on contract & likely to be permanent in the future. Job Description: ------------------ - Daily Diary and Dispatch and maintenance of relevant records. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls as well as received messages via virtual exchange system. - To ensure circulation and distribution of official mails, orders and letters to the concerned persons and maintain its record and billing. - To maintain the record of advance cash amount used for registered, ordinary and air mail dispatched through Post Office and to prepare bills. - To submit details of consumption of advance cash when applying for next advance. - To place all important official documents in the relevant files and find the record from the folder / files as per order / requirement. - To maintain Stationery Items (i.e. Envelopes, Gum Sticks, File Folders, and Scotch Tapes) etc. - Any other official duties assigned by the Officer Incharge / Seniors.
