Minimum Qualification/Expereince: ---------------------------------------- - FA/FSc or equivalent with 5 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in computer skills. - In-depth understanding of administration reporting principles and exellent organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ex-Armed Forces persons having relevant experience especially of store managment(preferabky retired as JCOs/NCOs) may also apply. - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit. - Initially on contract & likely to be permanent in the future. Job Description: ------------------ - To supervise the work of Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters and Welder. - To ensure maintenance and repair of material possession of Cadet College Hasan Abdal. - To ensure the hygiene and responsible for the cleanliness of Education campus and surroundings. - To address all the complaints and repairs. - Keen embroilment in Event Management by providing full spectrum administrative support for all college functions. - To maintain and keep record of fast running items of electricity, plumbing, carpentry & furnishers. - To look after the receipt and execution of the distribution of the furniture of the college Staff, Wings and offices in collaboration with Admin Officer. - Ensure availability of clean drinking water and hygienic maintenance of water dispensing facility. - Ensures that all fixtures (fans, lights, heaters, coolers, air conditioners, water dispensers, fire extinguishers, office equipment) are functional. - Responsible for execution of fumigation (twice in a week) in Wings and anti-mosquito Spray as per the HSE Officer directive. - Maintenance of the Swimming pool. - To be responsible for the maintenances of 3 x Generator sets. - Any other duties assigned by the Principal / OIC.
