Quota: -------- - Merit-1, Punjab (Merit-4), Punjab (Women-1), Sindh (R-1) Sindh (U-1), KPK-1, Balochistan-1 Qualification: --------------- - Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with CGPA 3 or above. - Candidates registered with High Court will be preferred. Job Description: ------------------ - To appear before the Court to represent the Commission. - To file documents written statement / reply on the behalf of the Commission. - To prepare brief on human rights complaints submitted before the Commission. - To conduct preliminary investigation on complaints received. - To dig out what sort of human rights violations occurred in complaints received. - Assist the Commission in Judicial Hearing when conducted in the Head Office. - Issuing and dispatching the notices in respect of complaints,Suo Moto taken by the Head Office. - Any other work entrusted by the competent authority - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit.
