About this role

Job Description: ------------------- - Putting up Previous Papers & other reference & Other references relating to the case under consideration; - Open of files & keeping a record of movement of files; - Keeping a note of all important orders and decisions; - Recording, Indexing & Weeding of Files; - Watching the necessity of Keeping priority or security labels; And - Other Clerical duties assigned to him, including casual typing, maintenance of diary register, preparation of statements and putting up routine reminders. Qualification: --------------- - Graduate. Quota: -------- - 01-Open Merit - 01-Punjab (Merit) Location of Job: ------------------ - Anywhere in Pakistan Other Details: ---------------- - The Selected Candidates shall have to undertake 06-weeks basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB within one year. - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit.
