Location --------- Karachi Job Description Major Responsibilities ------------------------- Produce well researched content for technical documents, technical diagrams, guidelines for technical team. Draft Presentations, Proposals, and develop video content related to the project for technical/non-technical teams Create content strategy and organize writing schedules to complete milestone within deadlines Manage daily responsibilities as outlined by the management in accordance with project requirements Assist Software Development, DevOps, QA and Database teams to develop multiple SOPs as per requirements. Skill Set Required -------------------- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong understanding of English and Urdu language with good writing skills and proper grammar Be able to perform in-depth research to create original content. Must love technology Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills Self-motivated, quick learner and a responsive team player Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a can-do attitude, and with individuals across different departments Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and timescales and deliver quality outcomes Working experience of content management system will be an added advantage
