About this role
We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Academic Services Manager to join the Academic Office at St Antony’s College. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with a salary of £33,951–£39,906 per year, plus an Oxford weighting allowance of £1,730.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Academic Office, you will play a central role in the operational management of academic and student administration across the student lifecycle. You will ensure high-quality services for students and effective support for colleagues, with particular responsibility for on-course processes, student data integrity, and the administration of scholarships and student funding.
Based on site at the College, you will:
Manage day-to-day academic and student administration Act as the main operational contact for complex academic matters Oversee academic progression and examination administration Act as the College’s Disability Officer Lead on student data quality, processes and reporting Manage College scholarships, bursaries and hardship funds Line manage the Academic and Student Support Officer
Some evening or weekend work is required at key points in the academic year, including examinations and graduation.
About you
You will have significant experience in higher education administration or a similar environment, strong data and organisational skills, and experience managing staff and complex processes. You will be confident working with academic regulations, student data and confidential information, and committed to delivering a positive student experience.
