Reports to: ------------ - Dept. Head IT Location of job: ------------------ - Head Office Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi Branches Job Purpose: -------------- - Shall be responsible for independently maintaining the IT Infrastructure at the branch/office and providing technical support to the end-user(s). Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Maintenance of Server Room/Data Centre at branch/office. - Local Area and Wide Area Network maintenance & Trouble-shooting. - Installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Business & System Applications. - Installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Hardware. - Basic Maintenance of CCTV system. - Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, IT/MIS SOPs and Backup Policy/Guidelines etc. - Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Information/Cyber Security policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and Action Plans etc. - Train users on Hardware, Software, Applications and Information Security. - Interaction with vendors and Internal IT staff to resolve IT Infrastructure issues. - Generation of required documentation and its maintenance. - Perform related duties as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: --------------------------------------------- - Adequate knowledge of Computers/Servers & Communication technologies. - Adequate knowledge of Basic System and Business Applications. - Ability to Install, Upgrade and Trouble-shoot System and Business Applications. - Ability to Install, Upgrade and Trouble-shoot Hardware & Communication Equipment. - Ability to maintain UPS and Server Room. - Excellent Interpersonal Skills. - Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills. - Team Player. - Customer Oriented. - Flexible and Openness to change. - Analytical thinking & Problem-Solving Skills. - Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. Qualification: --------------- - Bachelor of Computer Sciences or equivalent IT qualification. Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Preference shall be given to candidates having exposure to PIBAS Core Banking Application & CCTV Systems.
