Job Scale/ Grade: ------------------- - Equivalent to BPS-17 Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - 4-5 years of relevant working experience. Job Description: ------------------ - Assistance in HR keeping record. - Maintain and monitor staff timesheets and leave record. - Assist in the training and follow-up of Performance Appraisal process. - Process and maintain staff medical insurance claim records and other relevant supporting documents. - Assistance in scheduling job interviews and record keeping. - Maintaining Health & Life Insurance cases of employees. - Assistance in any other HR related matter as required. - Any other task assigned by Immediate Supervisor or Sr. Management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and meeting targets in an effective manner. - Displays consistent excellent judgmental skills. - Display good analytical skills. - Excellent command of MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power point). - Must have excellent skills in written and spoken English. Education: ------------- - Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed HEC recognized University.
