Job Scale/ Grade: ------------------- - Equivalent to MP-III Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Should have at least 7-10 years progressive experience in a similar position. Job Description: ------------------ - Policy advice and recommendations for ICT and Telecom sector including ICT R&D, Mobile Broadband, Cellular (3G/4G) and emerging technologies. - Monitoring tracking and analysis of regulatory frameworks developed by PTA in compliance of the policies. - Research and analysis in support of ministries policy initiatives position and working papers, briefs and consultations. Education: ------------ - Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. - Should have a good understanding of telecom market including 4G and 5G technologies and applications. - Well versed in government process and modus operandi. - Should have at least 7-10 years progressive experience in a similar position. - Must have excellent skills in written and spoken English. - Officer will be posted at Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MoITT).
