Location ---------- Islamabad Job Requirement ------------------- The Creative Content Writer will produce clear marketing copy to promote PSW and its services. The role will develop relevant communications content for print and digital consumption on websites, blogs, articles, white papers, video scripts, storylines, product descriptions, and social media. You will create content that is specifically crafted to capture the attention of PSW’s stakeholders and target audience. The role requires the ability to write in many different styles and understand and emulate the brand’s tone of voice. Responsibilities ----------------- Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print, on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies). Write quality pieces that appeal to our audience, attract relevant stakeholders and boost brand awareness. Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines Develop related content for multiple print and digital platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs Follow an editorial calendar for communications content development, collaborating with other members of the communication team to ensure timely delivery of materials Produce content for blog posts, newsletters, tutorials, promotional and awareness raising campaigns, testimonials and human-interest stories. Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of PSW’s target audience. Proofread content for errors, inconsistencies and polishing existing content to improve readability. Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website. Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content and recommending new topics. Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) with company branding guidelines. Support the communication team to ensure learning and innovation are documented and shared at the appropriate level. Other relevant tasks and projects as needed Qualifications --------------- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field. Proven content writing or copywriting experience. Working knowledge of content management systems. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. A portfolio of published articles. Excellent writing and editing skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Effective communication skills.
