PERMANENT, TERM TIME ONLY (+2 WEEKS)

37 HOURS P/W

GRADE 3, SCP 9-22 (£27,254 - £33,696 FTE)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our Trust and become an integral part of our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised administrator or an experienced HR professional to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking organisation, add value, share best practice and provide high-quality advice, guidance and administrative support to employees and leaders across the Trust.

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in helping to develop, streamline and embed effective HR processes within a busy and dynamic environment. You will provide operational support across a broad range of HR activities, ensuring that employees receive a responsive and professional service.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines. You will support payroll administration, assist with employee relations matters where required, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.

As a trusted member of the team, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, confidentiality and professionalism at all times. You will be confident, well organised and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous HR administration experience within the education sector would be highly desirable and will help you quickly make a positive impact in the role.

Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and is made up of two schools; Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary). The successful candidate will approachable and someone who has a:

CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR or above

Background in administration or similar industry work experience, ideally in HR

Knowledge and experience of Employment law, HR policies and procedures.

Working knowledge and experience of providing support, advice and guidance to staff and leadership regarding HR matters within the education sector

Good working knowledge and experience of payroll administration
