Equinox in San Francisco is currently seeking Swim Coaches. Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts all swim programs & activities in accordance with Equinox objectives.Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress.Provide the highest quality of service to our membersBuild client base through in-house special events and networking within the membership base Qualifications
Swim certification preferredPersonal Training background preferred but not requiredPosses strong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to self-promote and networkPrevious competitive swim experience is a plusPosses strong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to self-promote and networkPrevious competitive swim experience is a plusPay Transparency: $60.00-$80.00 per Class; $19.18/hr (For non-class work)
