At Claycots School, we are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our thriving and ambitious primary school community. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and ensuring that every child is able to thrive, achieve and feel included.
Working closely with the SENCo, class teachers and wider inclusion team, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with EHCPs. You will help deliver tailored learning programmes, provide targeted support, and contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
This role is both varied and impactful. You will:
Support pupils’ learning, development and independence through structured and adaptive teaching supportHelp implement Individual Education Plans, behaviour plans and EHCP provisionBuild strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleaguesContribute to high-quality classroom environments and effective behaviour managementPromote inclusion and equal access to learning for all pupilsWe are looking for someone who has:
