About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused leader to own and drive the operational engine behind our learning portfolio.

This is not a passive project coordination role. This role exists to ensure things get done. You will run our content execution process, manage Product Launch Readiness (PLR), maintain our enablement content library, and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines. You will partner closely with content developers (who build the content) and leadership (who set strategy) - your job is to drive execution and completion. If you are someone who thrives on clarity, timelines, follow-through, and accountability - and you're comfortable chasing down inputs from busy stakeholders - this role is for you.

What You'll Do:Own and execute the end-to-end learning portfolio strategy, including project timelines, delivery plans, and stakeholder alignmentLead the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) program, maintaining visibility into launches and GTM prioritiesManage the content library, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with current positioningDrive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders and ensure execution momentumImplement and improve operational processes to create scalable execution systemsOversee quality assurance, SME review cycles, and final content deploymentProvide regular status updates and risk management to leadershipWhat You'll Need:5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enablement operationsProven track record managing complex, cross-functional projectsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsDemonstrated ability to drive timelines and maintain accountabilityExceptional organizational and operational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong follow-through and professional persistenceBonus Points:Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Learning & DevelopmentBackground in product launch readiness or GTM executionProficiency with content management systems (Highspot) and learning platforms (Docebo)Direct sales or field experienceContent development and writing skills#LI-RT1
