About this role
The opportunity:
As Sales Order Control & Collection, you will coordinate from contract/order receipt, review contract documents, to meet the contractual requirements as per Purchase order. You will work with internal and external Stakeholders for Collection of overdue. You will work with the Arrester/ Capacitors and Filters factory order handling team from INOPC, both independently and with coworkers. You will be responsible for reviewing the contract documents and release the order for manufacturing.
How you'll make an impact:
Contract receipt from Order Handling team, Review of Contract documentsEnsure that all order documentation required is available and aligned -Payment terms, incoterms, PO, T&Cs, price, etc.Ensure that orders are approved within the targeted time.During the project perform checks, work with the order handling team to reduce the risk of delay and ensure OTD.Invoice placements as per payment terms and internal requirements.Maintain AR overdue under 3% for assigned customers.Participate in team meetings and activities and provide provides for ideas and proposals for improvement of processesWork on process mapping, developing procedures and improvements within the area of responsibilityDirectly responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per the quality process.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background:
Years of experience: 2 - 5 years with any Bachelors /Diploma degree in arts and or science, plus excellent verbal and written communication and people skillsSAP- MM and MS Office ExcelShow integrity and commercial interest, along with enthusiasm, creative ideas, and solutions.Approach your tasks with a long-term perspective.You value working with your colleagues and understand the importance of building long-term customer relationships.
