2nd Shift Warehouse Manager
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As our 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations and ensure products move accurately, safely, and efficiently throughout the facility. You’ll oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory activities while motivating and developing your team.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and develop a team of 8–10 warehouse associatesPromote a strong safety culture and ensure operational complianceCoach associates to meet and exceed productivity and performance goalsEnsure accurate and on-time receiving and shipping operationsOversee truck loading to ensure orders are shipped damage-free and on scheduleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentSupport daily operations by operating warehouse equipment when neededConduct equipment inspections and maintain inspection documentationFoster teamwork and uphold the Famous Supply culture and values
Note: Associates regularly handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces, and showers.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountableExperience working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift and powered industrial equipment experienceRF scanner experienceBuilding products, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial distribution experience
