Responsibilities
Team Coordination
Actively support the team by coordinating customer deliveries and resolving any shipping or receiving issuesKeep meticulous records/logs of all materials to ensure smooth operationsPut "we" before "me" by being as committed to each other's success as to your own. Task Execution

Coordinate the speedy and efficient delivery of goods to their required destinations, ensuring you obtain sign-off for receiptBe an energy supplier by leaving people better than you found themActively inform recipients that their ordered goods have been deliveredServe others by ensuring timely and accurate communication Shipping & Receiving
Maintain accurate records of materials received and shipped, ensuring all details are logged within a semi-routine scopeEmbrace simplicity and speedReceive goods delivered to the Data Centre, either directly or following acceptance by securityEnter all relevant details of inbound/outbound shipments and ensure order requirements are fulfilledBe trustworthy and commit fullyUse shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard to track customers' inbound/outbound shipmentsCommunicate with radical transparencyInspect received goods and reject unsatisfactory items where necessarySet high standards of excellence and value disciplined execution Problem Solving
Actively work and communicate with internal/external customers to ensure on-time deliveriesAssist with resolving difficult shipping and receiving issues as they ariseChallenge the status quo and embrace change Hazardous Materials
Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials, requiring supervision only on new assignmentsHonor confidentialityComply with hazardous materials protocols as described by regional regulatory bodies Equipment Management
Track stored and/or abandoned equipment diligentlyUse aging shipment business processes/tools for shipments over 5 days, 14 days, 30 days, and 90 days Data Centre Support
Assist with the delivery and removal of customers' equipment from cages through established proceduresWhen requested by a Smart Hand (SH) request, assist with packing customers' equipment with packing material so that it can be shipped from the data centerBe invested in your development and we'll invest in you. Qualifications
Educational Background: Typically requires a high school diploma or years of work experience. - but we are open to new to careerCertification: Regional hazardous materials certification preferred What We Offer:
