Job Summary
The Logistics Intern will support daily logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, logistics documentation, and reporting. This internship provides hands-on experience in international logistics and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination
Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.Track shipment status and update ETD, ETA, and delivery milestones.Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.Follow up on shipping delays and support issue resolution. Documentation & Data Management
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation.Organize and archive shipment records and logistics files.Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data. Fulfillment Support
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners regarding shipment status. Supplier & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Planner, Finance, and Operations.Support purchase order tracking and logistics-related follow-up activities. Reporting & Analysis
Update logistics trackers and dashboards.Assist in preparing weekly and monthly logistics reports.Support data analysis related to transportation, inventory, and operational performance.Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly. Qualifications

Logistics & Supply Chain ManagementInternational BusinessBusiness AdministrationRelated fields Skills & Competencies
Good communication and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of international trade and logistics operations is an advantage.
